CentOS

CentOS is a free and open source Linux distribution that provides community-supported computing platforms. CentOS is used by organizations with technical capabilities that lacks the need for commercial support. If you ever hosted your website or application on a managed host, chance is that service was built on top of CentOS. In January 2014, CentOS announced the official joining with Red Hat while staying independent from RHEL, under a new CentOS governing board.
