The company has invested immensely their API and documentation to make payment processing integrated in to applications and customized services. Stripe is based in San Francisco, California and after receiving another funding round of $250 million in 2019 the company is now valued at $35 and considered one of the premier payment processing services.

Stripe has no monthly fee attached to it service, nor does it have a set up cost. Stripe charges only per transaction.

When using Stripe's API and services you are charged only per transaction. To every transaction there is a 30¢ flat rate + 2.9% of the amount transacted.

How quickly does Stripe pay?

Payments from stripe takes 7 days for the very first transaction within North American, and up to 10 days for European bank accounts. After that your payments are bundled and paid out every 2 business days in North America, and on a weekly basis in Europe.

Is stripe better than PayPal?
